The Rules:

Welcome to BackPocket Bookkeeper™️! By accessing and using our client portal, you agree to the following terms, designed to ensure a smooth and effective experience for all members:

Video Call Limitation:
Each video call is limited to 30 minutes to maintain focus and efficiency in addressing your specific needs.

Recording Policy:
Video calls are recorded for reference, ensuring accuracy and accountability in our discussions and advice.

Panic Button Usage:
The Panic Button is available during our normal business hours, 10 AM to 7 PM. This feature is designed for urgent queries, so please use it responsibly.

Text Support Limitation:
Text-based support is limited to 4 exchanges per issue. This helps us provide clear and concise assistance promptly.

Intellectual Property and Branding Protection:
All materials provided (guides, templates, and information) are exclusively for personal use by our members. Unauthorized distribution or use is prohibited and may lead to membership termination and potential legal action.

Service Agreement

Our services are designed to complement your financial management strategy, not replace comprehensive bookkeeping, accounting, or legal services. Here’s what BackPocket Bookkeeper™️ does and does not provide:

Guidance, Not Full-Service Bookkeeping:

We offer support and insights, but not complete bookkeeping solutions.

Supplementary, Not Substitute:

Our service is not a replacement for professional accountant or CPA services.

Personalized Support:
We offer guidance and support based on your unique situation, but the final decisions and bookkeeping tasks are yours to manage.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Your satisfaction and success are our top priorities. Here are the terms for membership cancellation and refunds:

Cancellation:

You can cancel your membership at any time by sending us an electronic notice. We will process your cancellation promptly.

Refund Eligibility:

If you decide BackPocket Bookkeeper™️ isn’t the right fit within the first 72 hours of purchase, you’re eligible for a full refund. To request this refund, please contact our support team via email within 72 hours of joining.

Immediate Termination:

Upon cancellation, your access to the program and its resources is immediately terminated.

No Partial Refunds:

We do not offer partial refunds. Membership fees are non-refundable once beyond the 72 hour window after purchase.

Refund Forfeiture:

Downloading, accessing, or utilizing any program resources within the first 72 hours without cancellation forfeits your right to a refund.

Automatic Membership Termination:

A refund will automatically terminate your membership and revoke access to all program resources.

Recurring Monthly Charge Agreement:

By enrolling in the BackPocket Bookkeeper™️ program, you agree to a recurring monthly charge of $97.00 (ninety-seven dollars). This charge will be automatically billed to your designated payment method each month on the date of your initial enrollment.

Terms of the Recurring Charge:

Continuation Until Cancellation: The recurring charge will continue to be billed monthly until you elect to cancel your membership. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership if you no longer wish to utilize the BackPocket Bookkeeper™️ services.

Payment Method: You are required to maintain a valid payment method on file for the duration of your membership. Failure to process a monthly payment due to an invalid or expired payment method may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the program.

Notification of Changes: Should there be any changes to the monthly charge (e.g., due to changes in services offered within the program), you will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the service after the notice period will constitute your acceptance of the new charge.

Cancellation: You can cancel your membership at any time by providing electronic notice to BackPocket Bookkeeper™️. Upon cancellation, you will not be billed for any subsequent months, but no refunds will be issued for any partial month's service already billed.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of the recurring monthly charge as an integral part of maintaining your membership with BackPocket Bookkeeper™️.
